Quote-based, and honest about it
Custom software is not a fixed-price product, so we do not pretend it is. Every project is scoped and quoted individually, with the cost and plan agreed in writing before we start.
Ways to work with us
Fixed-scope project
For work with a clear shape: a defined product or tool, scoped up front, priced against milestones. You know the cost and what each stage delivers before we start.
Best when the goal is well understood.
Dedicated team / retainer
For ongoing work: a set amount of our capacity each month, working as an extension of your team on an evolving roadmap.
Best for products that keep growing.
Support & maintenance
For software already live: keeping it reliable, fixing issues, and extending it over time, with a predictable monthly arrangement.
Best after a launch, ours or someone else's.
Why two projects can be priced very differently
A small internal tool and a full SaaS platform are worlds apart. A few things shape every estimate.
- +Scope: how much there is to build, and how much is genuinely new
- +Complexity: the hard parts, the edge cases, and the reliability the work demands
- +Integrations: the systems and data it needs to connect to
- +Design depth: how much research, UX, and visual polish the product needs
- +Timeline: how quickly you need it, and what that requires
From enquiry to proposal
- 01
Tell us what you need
Send a short note through the contact form or by email. A sentence or two about the problem is enough to start.
- 02
A scoping call
We talk through the goals, constraints, and what success looks like, so we understand the work before we price it.
- 03
A written proposal
You get a proposal with the scope, milestones, and a clear quote. You see the cost and the plan before committing to anything.
- 04
We build
Once you approve, we start, invoicing against milestones as the work is delivered.
You own what we build
Every quote is for software you genuinely own: clean code, documentation, and a proper handover. You are never locked into us to keep it running, and you can bring the work in-house whenever you like.
After launch, support and maintenance are optional. If you want us to keep the software healthy and evolving, we can. If you would rather take it from here, that is fine too.
Tell us about your project
Send a short note and we'll come back within 24 hours with next steps and, once we understand the scope, a clear quote.
