Privacy Policy
Last updated July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Arthus Systems LLC ("Arthus Systems", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit https://www.arthussystems.com or contact us.
Who is responsible for your information
Arthus Systems LLC, Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States, is the controller of the personal information collected through this website. Any question about how we handle your information can be sent to contact@arthussystems.com.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us, plus a limited amount of visit data:
- Contact form details: your name, email address, and message, plus an optional company name and the service you are interested in. You provide these when you submit the form.
- Usage analytics: aggregated, anonymous metrics about how the site is used, such as page views and performance, collected through Vercel Analytics. This is cookieless and does not build a personal profile of you.
- Business visitor identification (only with your consent): if you opt in, we use ZoomInfo WebSights to recognise which companies visit this site. It processes your IP address, general device and browser information, and the pages you view, and it sets a first-party cookie to recognise repeat visits. The result we receive is company-level, for example the name and firmographic details of the organisation a visit likely came from. We do not use it to identify you personally, and it is off unless you accept it.
How we use your information
- To read and respond to your enquiry, and to follow up about a possible project.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site performs so we can improve it.
- To understand which businesses are interested in our services so we can prioritise and personalise our own outreach to them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. The business visitor identification tag only loads after you opt in through our cookie banner, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
Cookies
Our core analytics are cookieless, and small technical values needed for the site to function are always allowed. The only non-essential cookie is the ZoomInfo WebSights first-party cookie described above, which is used for business visitor identification. It is off by default and is only set after you accept it.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject, or manage cookies, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the tag is never loaded and cannot be enabled. If you accept and later withdraw consent, we stop loading the tag on your next visit. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail.
Third parties we use
- Resend, which delivers the email from the contact form to us.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics.
- Cal.com, which powers the meeting scheduler on our booking page. The scheduler is only loaded if you choose to load it, and nothing is sent to Cal.com before then. If you book a call, the name, email address, and any note you enter are processed by Cal.com so the meeting can be scheduled.
- ZoomInfo, which provides the WebSights visitor identification service described above. ZoomInfo processes visit data in accordance with its own privacy notice, available at zoominfo.com/legal/privacy-policy.
These providers process data under their own privacy and security terms.
Data retention
We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Legal basis for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we process the details you submit through the contact form on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Cookieless usage analytics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working well. Business visitor identification is processed only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have given us. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom (GDPR) or in California (CCPA), you have additional rights over your data. To exercise any of these, email contact@arthussystems.com and we will respond.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Business visitor identification is opt-in. You can decline it in the cookie banner, or change your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, which keep the tag off entirely. You can additionally ask ZoomInfo about the data it holds, or request its removal, at privacy@zoominfo.com.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, so any information you send us is processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
